Transparency in Coverage – Machine Readable Files
In compliance with federal Transparency in Coverage requirements, USA Water Holdings, LLC, as the sponsor of a self funded health plan, makes machine readable files available through its third party administrator, BCSBS-TX. These files contain in network negotiated rates and out of network allowed amounts and billed charges for health care services. These files are intended for researchers, regulators, and application developers and are provided in a machine readable format.
